About the Production

Creating the Dinner for Four world was an interesting experience that demanded the team to make bold choices that would define the film’s visual style. The first and biggest task was to find a location that would complement the story, adding realistic elements to a twisted world of color and sound. The entirety of Dinner for Four is set in a house in an unrecognizable time period, and for that to be accomplished, a large crew was assembled, and that included more than 10 production designers working in both pre-production and production. The production was complete when four brilliant actors were added to the mixture, bringing the team’s vision to life. The final product is a film that tells an important story about family, toxic masculinity, and boundaries, a narrative that reflects the reality of many people in America and all around the world.
